Boku no ita jikan - Hours of my life - 僕のいた時間ドラマ
Here is a short review on the famous drama ''Hours of my life''
Plot
Takuto Sawada (Haruma Miura) is an ordinary university student. One day, he learns that he has ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and doesn't have much time left to live. Instead of wallowing in despair , Takuto tries to live his life actively.
My own thoughts about the story
I'ts a simple story and while watching the serie you'll experience sad feelings and funny. You'll learn yourself important life advice in real life.
What kind of life advice? If you watch it in each episode you'll be inspired by Takuto Sawada, in each horrible situation he set up a goal in his life and dosen't wait until he has reached it.
The actors
But Haruma Miura who played Takuto Sawada did a really great job in this dorama. His acting skills has improven within the years and did Boku no ita Jikan a success. You felt all his emotions while watching the dorama, all the funny ones, all the depressing ones and yea, I don't really know how to describe his feelings because it was unbeliveble.
His girlfriend Megumi Hongo who is acted by Mikako Tabe did also a really good job.
The funny guy in this story was Takuto's younger brother Rikuto, in the beginning you'll find him disturbing and stupid but within the story's progress, I assure you that you will start to like him. He is also a special character, I did really like him.
Shunsuke Kazama who acted as Mamoru Mizushima, he was Takutos best friend in the story and fell in love with Megumi's bestfriend.
However my favourite of them all was Haruma Miura. I can't believe that he is only 25 years old and so freaking good in acting and he also has a band and also he is handsome.
Soundtrack
The soundtrack was up and down, I didn't thought it was so sad but it was beautiful in it's own way however I prefer 1 litre of tears soundtrack. But I don't really think that 1 litre of tears soundtracket would fit into Boku no ita jikan.
Own thoughts
I did found the story annoying that first because I had the feeling that this dorama is copying 1 litre of tears. I can say that Boku no ita jikan did copy the ''sick, byoki'' story. (Byoki means sick in japanese or disease.)
But it was definitely not the same story because it was a different feeling from both of the series and one is about a young man and the end is softer then the other in a way.. or I could not say that it's softer ... because it's very horrible but I liked it more than I would have imagine.

I recommend it and you must see it if you like love, tragical storys and depressing things.
