This song is about a girl that feel in love with an other person. Gackt is singing this song about his love feelings for her and she shall not look back only fourth. It's like his the person who sees after the person who is in love with an other person. 
 
It's hard to explain but if you listen to the song, understand the lyrics and can relate to it, you'll think this song is just amazing. 
 
This song i general is kind of depressing, it isn't something I listen to outside, it's someting I listen to home.

This meaning does mean that when he send the person the letter, Gackt dosen't want the person to open it and read it with someone by her side. The letter should be read in private and he asks hen in the song ''Yomu no wa yamete kuremasu ka?'' 
 
Yomu - yomimasu = read
no and wa is particles 
yamete- don't
kuremasu ka- please
 
Please don't read it. 
 
I really like the concept about the song and the instrumental when it's kind of depressing in the beginning and later a little bit rougher.
